Eligibility Map
CDF invests in projects that are located within Chicago’s qualified low-income census tracts, as required by NMTC regulation. Additionally, CDF has made a commitment to invest only in areas of greater economic distress. Both criteria are defined by the CDFI Fund. Grocery-anchored retail developments must also be within or adjacent to the City’s food deserts (see map).
